Toledo Lifetime Total Warranty Toledo & Co. offers in all products a lifetime mechanical and finishes warranty for defects in material and workmanship. The warranty applies to the original buyer of the product as long as the buyer shows the receipt of purchase at the moment of the claim. The warranty does not cover abuse or misuse of the product or deteriorations, abrasions or scratches due to the use of paints, solvents or other chemicals on the product. Toledo & Co. is not liable for incidental or consequential damages. This exclusion may not apply to all of our customers because of the country or state laws in which the customer lives. This warranty specifies legal rights but depends of your state or country, you may also have other rights. In case of a malfunctioning product(s) Toledo & Co. will replace the product. If a mechanical or finish imperfection occurs, please take the damage product to the place of purchase and we will replace it for the same model.
